Audio Share is an open-source app that allows you to turn your Android phone into a wireless speaker for your Windows or Linux computer. Thanks to this, you can stream audio from your PC locally without relying on cables or installing other speakers.
Turn your smartphone into a wireless speaker
With Audio Share, you can stream sound from your computer directly to your Android device via Wi-Fi. This allows you to listen to music, watch movies or take video calls using your mobile speakers, without needing to purchase additional hardware.
Easy setup in three steps
To start using Audio Share, you'll need to install Audio Share Server on your PC and the app on Android. On your PC, you have to run the server that you'll connect your Android device to, so you must be on the same local network. After that, enter the corresponding IP on your device, and then sit back and enjoy your PC's sound on your smartphone or tablet.
Audio customization and control
The app lets you adjust the audio quality according to your preferences and your network's capabilities. You can select the bit rate, sample rate and number of channels to optimize the listening experience. In addition to this, the server allows you to choose the specific audio source you want to stream. The volume of the sound on your Android device depends on many factors, including the volume of the PC itself, the volume of the app you're playing the audio from and the volume of your Android device. You can force a higher volume level from the app, as well as have it connect to your PC as soon as you turn on your Android device.
Download the Audio Share APK if you're looking to stream audio from Windows to your Android device without any wires or relying on additional hardware.
